EstVis generates the supplement itself once actual consumption beats the estimate, with the mixing system's invoice attached as evidence for the insurer. That's different from the mechanical labor audit, which only flags the line for your team to act on in the estimating system.
What if the shop doesn't have a paint-mixing integration?
Then there's nothing for this feature to read. It depends on an active PPG, Axalta or BASF connection at the mixing station.
Is this the same as the Parts Price Difference check?
No. Parts Price Difference compares the estimating system's list price against the vendor's invoice price for parts. Paint supplements track paint materials consumption against the estimate – a separate check, also in Management.
How soon does the flag show up?
As soon as the mixing system produces an invoice for that job, before the file ships to the insurer.
